Q: Can you snooze the alarm, it always just turns the alarm off when I press it

A: Hi Emmy - Thank you for your interest in the Wake Up Light Rise with Wood Kids' Nightlight. The alarm goes off after the light reaches peak brightness. You can push down snooze from there. For night time you can set the timer and there is no alarm as the light dims over 15, 30, 45 min increments. We hope this helps! - Emma

Q: I'm frustrated. this is advertised as a tool where the light feature helps kids wake up but it has an alarm that can't be turned off?? I wish I had the energy to deal with a refund. poor advertising

A: Hello Avery - Setting the Time: 1. On the back, press and hold the Time Set button and the hours on the time display on the front will flash. 2. Press “HR” to adjust (hold down to change the time faster). As you hold the “HR” down it will cycle through AM and PM. 3. Press Time Set button and the minutes will flash. Tap “MIN” to set (hold down to change the time faster). 4. Press the Time Set button to exit the setup. If no button is pressed for 10 seconds, it will automatically exit the setup. Impressive for a little alarm. Needed something for my little girl and this hit the mark. It’s a night light with a brightness option which is convenient. Haven’t used the sunrise feature yet but it’s nice to have it.

It beeps with the ok to wake light!! You can’t turn off the beeping and still have the light come on in the morning. Nothing like accidentally waking your child when they are allowed to get up 😤. Also no battery back up so has to be reset every time you unplug or power flickers. The whole thing is white except the power cord which is black 🙄. Not an ok to wake clock for a toddler. Looks beautiful and easy to use. Would return but threw away the box. 😔

Kids love this clock/light in their room. It’s easy for them to program and I like that they can do it themselves. It is bright, however, so if you’re looking for a soft nightlight this isn’t it. We also like the touch light on/light off feature on the top.

This alarm is as generic and poorly made just like everything else these days. I agree with other reviews that it looses track of time, cord is black while rest is design is white, horrifically loud, and there are no days of the week. It would be so much easier to set the alarm for Monday through Friday school days vs unplug this annoying piece and reset everytime you come into a new week.

This is NOT a children’s okay to wake timer. It has a loud beeping noise that wakes up your kid along with a light. You CANNOT turn the beeping off. Returning.

This is the cutest little clock to look at and I really wanted to like it. But ultimately, this product is very limited in its function and is not good for use in a kids room. They should make a 2.0 version with more granular controls. I was under the impression that it was more of an "ok to wake" situation with the sunrise light. Instead, there is a loud, beeping alarm that goes off when the light reaches peak brightness. There is no way to have JUST the sunrise light without the beeping, and there is no way to adjust the volume of the beep or change it to a different sound. And no, it's not a "gentle chirp" as some of the Q&A answers would suggest. It's a BEEP, and if you don't turn it off within 10 seconds it starts to beep even more. Horrible design for a toddler, who is the target audience. I still like the look of it and probably will keep it for the aesthetic but the actual functionality is really, really disappointing and I won't be able to use it how I wanted to.

This works really well as a night light and clock. But the alarm portion is terrible. One very loud beeping sound with no ability to adjust. I got it to help my older child wake up in the mornings for school but it ended up being too loud and jarring, scaring her and not setting a good tone for the mornings. Still use as a night light and clock but that's it.

this alarm thing was greate until it randomly stopped working, the light wouldn't come off and the alarm would go off either, I don't know if the battery just died or something but I can't figure out where the battery is to change it unless it came with a charger, but I forgot since I got it a year ago.

This is super cute and I like the aesthetics of it but it does not keep time! Super frustrating! You set the time and by the end of the day it’s the wrong time. This has happened so many times so it defeats the purpose. Love the sunrise feature and the nightlight feature but it doesn’t do what it should!

My daughter likes that it looks like a rainbow/sun. It’s easy to use and to dim or brighten the light. You can set for on off, or adjust to a timer (15, 30 or 60mins). Can also adjust the clock face to show the time or not.

I bought this on sale, so my review is based on that price. For what I paid I love it. It is aesthetically really cute! But had I paid full price I might be a little disappointed in its functions. As other reviewers have said the light is bright white/blue toned. A warm white would have made more sense. There is the beeping that cannot be turned off with the alarm. I would have loved to just have the light for wake up alarm. So we won’t be using that feature. I plan to just use as a cute alarm clock and night light. I do love that the light and clock brightness can be adjusted. It took me a while to figure out how to just turn the night light on, but once I realized you just push on the top, I was happy with how it works. And final negative, the cord is black, which makes zero sense imo.

I really like this alarm clock! I love how it brightens up the room and it really helps me wake up. The one downside is that the digital numbers are very bright so I always have to cover them when I sleep as you can’t change their brightness. Also the alarm itself is a chirping like noise almost similar to my fire alarm which is great for me but does freak my dog out. Overall I really like this clock!
