First impression out of the box is that most of the pieces are sturdy and heavy. But the back panel pieces are very thin and cheap. The veneer finish looks realistic but feels a bit cheap. We already saw 2 scratches/peeling that we touched up with a wood pen. Wouldn't suggest for areas with high traffic/pets/children. The assembly took way longer than expected. We only received 3 of 4 support legs. 2 of the predrilled screw holes didn't line up, off about 1 inch! We had to use a drill to screw new holes. Fits nicely in the corner. You get what you pay for. Overall, I wouldn't pay more than $175 for this. I paid $140 after a discount and a gift card so it made the piece worthwhile. After seeing/assembling the piece, if I had to pay more than $175 I'd be returning it and looking for something else

Great product. Found a few errors in the assembly instructions but I was able to fix the errors. A couple of the screws had the ridges bent and wouldn't go in all the way, luckily i had 1 spare screw in the kit that worked. Only one screw isnt screwed in all the way.

We do not advise altering or changing the furniture in any way as this will void your warranty and compromise the stability and integrity of the unit. Any damaged, missing or defected part can be replaced by contacting us directly. Missing and/or damaged parts are certainly not part of the intended Crosley Experience, and anytime we send replacement parts it is will be via FedEx ground (most areas within a few business days!).
