Q: can i attach a headboard to this?

A: Hi SC, We cannot guarantee that a headboard purchased separately from other manufacturers would be compatible, but AFI does offer a large number of beds that already come with headboards and most are very similar to our Colorado Bed. Q: What is rhe width of the full bed? I have an alcove that is 54.25" and wonder if it will fit.

A: Twin Size width is 38 3/8 inches, Full Size with is 53 3/8 inches.
