    I purchased this exact rug four years ago and it was thick and soft and so well made. It lasted really well, but after 4 years I needed to replace it. Because I loved it so much, I purchased the same one, only you did not have it in an 8X12 so I got the 7X11. This time, the rug is thin and so much cheaper that I couldn't believe it. It's not "cushy" and soft like last time. What a disapointment!

    This rug was perfect! looked exactly like the picture shown, and fit the room to a T. I bought it for my mothers den - she was out of town for a few days so I wanted it to be a surprise. It was a great success. The other huge plus was the extremely fast delivery. I ordered it, and it was on the doorstep three days later.

    Was quite disappointed with this one. Not sure if the different color choices for this item are made at different locations or what, but we have enjoyed a beige multi-striped for the last three years. This year, we decided to order a blue multi-striped one. We never even took it out of the packaging! Simply cut back the plastic about a foot and examined it. The backing on this rug was completely different from our previous rug, and the weight of the pile was so thin I could easily push my fingers into the backing. Extremely disappointed. Not sure if this rug is made by another manufacturer now or what, but we had to return it.

    So disappointed that the colors aren't reflected accurately in the images or description. The "gray" version of this rug is actually FULL of a nasty-looking brown/greige color that completely ruins the rug. The photos appear like it's mostly black/white with a touch of gray mixed in, but don't be fooled. If you are trying to shy away from sophistication and instead go for that college dorm or bachelor pad look this rug might be for you. Otherwise, I'd avoid this rug like the plague. It is soft, but that's literally all it has going for it. Rugs USA is the only place I've ordered rugs from for the last ten years and colors are typically spot on. This was a big (and expensive) fail for me.
