[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this rug and was very disappointed in the color. In photos on the website, it looks to be a mix of white and gray. In person, however, it looks to have more cream and brown tones like an old rug from the 70’s.

You may need to hold down the edges from curling up for the first few days, but nothing some chairs and drawers can't fix. It's not the plushest thing you have ever felt, but it is definitely not rough. Some other reviews made me worried the color would be different from the pictures, but it's pretty accurate (maybe the taddest bit more brown/tan than white). If you've been frustrated by how expensive a simple 5 by 8 rug is, this is the rug to buy!

Similar to what others stated, the rug was bent in half when it was delivered and the crease is still there, 5 months later. Also, one side lays flat and the other side has two corners that are still rolled up, 5 months later. We’ve rotated it, placed heavy items on it, etc. with no luck. Don’t spill any liquids on it, because the rug will bunch up in that area and take several months to (somewhat) lay flat again. I buy cheaper rugs because I have 3 kids and a dog. I’ve experienced creases and rolled corners before (that eventually flatten out in a month or so), but never this bad. Because I’ve already spent the money on it, I keep hoping it will eventually flatten out over time. Definitely don’t recommend!

Shipping was fast. Color was exactly as shown. I give 3 stars because it took a lot of work to get the rug to lay flat due to how tight the rug was packaged. Due to the tight packaging I have a bad spot on the end of my rug and probably a permanent crease.

We understand creases and bunching can be a pain when receiving a new area rug. These are normal and will flatten within 2 -3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug. Use these tricks to help flatten your rug: Back Rolling: Roll the carpet out, then roll it back up reversely with the backside up. Let it sit rolled up reversely for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. Heavy Objects: Lay a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. If the corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects on affected areas going the opposite way. Heat: Use this technique as a last resort only. Place the rug over a cleared concrete or area like a driveway or sidewalk setting during dry sunny conditions. Allow the rug to be positioned for optimal sunlight as long as possible to give the rug time to absorb the sun's heat for up to 2 hours, but use more time if needed. Blow Dryer: If a large concrete patch with optimal sunlight is not accessible, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to affected areas to heat up the creases. Always hold the hair dryer 7 to 12 inches away from the rug going side to side on a medium setting, as heat can sometimes cause backing to melt. It’s thin, but I don’t mind since it’s for under our kitchen table, one end is much much darker then the other, which makes it look weird, but the worst part is the corners will NOT stay down, they roll up and then you trip over them constantly! We have tried everything to get them to stay down and nothing works, and there is also one corner that is crinkled up and will not smoothe out! Definitely do not recommend!

I love the rug, but the packaging was not great. A month later and there are still creases where it was folded during shipping. Also, the corners won’t lay flat. I’ve tried placing heavy items on it to flatten it out, but no luck. I wish it was better quality so I could keep it!

I would agree with other reviewers that the brown is definitely dominant but secondary to beige. My largest disappointment was the way the rug was packaged for delivery. The rug came folded instead of rolled, thus creating creases. We chose to roll it tightly in the opposite direction and it did relax a little. It’s a rug that works with greige colors.
