Q&A(5)
Q: It is very deceptive that you're refusing to disclose the amount of Retinol. We're not asking for your proprietary blend but as consumers we want to know how much retinol.
A: Hi Liz! We appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that our Retinol Serum is designed with sensitive skin in mind, free from BHA and BHT. Regarding the percentage of retinol, it's worth noting that comparisons between brands can be tricky because brands may calculate % with different methodologies. However, transparency is important to us and our customer service team is here to assist you. Please feel free to reach out at 833-878-7546 or support@truskin.com. Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities and our team would be happy to answer your question. -TruSkin Team

Q: Do I use this everyday? How much do I apply?
A: Thanks for your question! If this is your first time using a retinol product we suggest going very slowly by applying 3-5 drops only 2 or three nights a week followed by your regular moisturizer. Always be sure to include sunscreen as your final step when using any retinol product. If you’ve already been using retinol on your skin regularly, we still recommend applying the serum just 2-3 nights a week for a couple of weeks to make sure the formula is a good fit for you. Lastly, before using any new skincare product on your skin, please perform a patch test on a small area of your face or neck 24-48 hours before regular application.
