I purchased the Osaki Titan TP-Cosmo massage chair from Target. It was shipped within 2 days and received within a week. I had another chair but wanted to upgrade. The Titan massage chair is amazing. Easy to use, very comfortable and extremely relaxing. I have used it every night since I received it. Osaki, thank you for such a relaxing experience.

Excellent product. Arrived on time and undamaged. Sleek and compact so it doesn’t take up too much room. Lots of presets to choose from. Great heating and Bluetooth options.

The massage chair is packaged well. It’s not overly heavy for easy set up. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had voice command, it doesn’t say that in advertisement. The chair is super comfy, and classy. Love all the different modes you can pick, the heat, the Bluetooth speakers all of it was worth every penny. I’ve been sleeping like a baby thanks to this chair. Everyone that comes to visit loves it as well.

Strong heavy chair, holds up large man

Chair is extremely heavy. You won’t be able to return it once you get it. So hope you like it . I did not particularly like this chair. It hurts my back more than helps it. The pressure can be adjusted, but it still hurts. I tried a few chairs like this and loved them. I didn’t imagine this one would be a lot different. But it is. There is a large roller in my back that is just not comfortable. Edit—Also, I was offered a massager for this review and have yet to receive it.

I bought this chair as a Birthday present for my hubby and he absolutely loves it and uses it every day! This chair has all the features you would expect from a massage chair, and even better with this pricing! Very happy with this purchase :)

We purchased this massage chair with the intention of being able to have at home relaxation similar to that of a spa. This massage chair does just that! We are so glad that we made this investment, and would 5 of 5 highly recommend.

So easy to put together it takes two people to take it out of the crate. But after that it is two connections and two screws to put it all together. It is a sleek look and a strong message. The only reason I gave it 5 stars on value is because it was on sale for 1,600.00 so I got two of them, but it is worth the 3,500.00 it goes for just not as good of a value obviously.

We are loving our new massage chair. Love all the different types, the zero gravity feature, and how much you can adjust it to your needs. I would recommend to a friend. You just have to be sure to use it everyday to make it worth it but if you do you will love it.

This is the best massage chair we have ever tried, love the SL track model, and heating option. Now it's becomes our daily routine to relax after a whole day of work, thank you.

I have had this massage chair now for 4 weeks and I love it. It is so convenient to be able to relax in the comfort of your own home. It has several massage settings and they are all amazing in their own way.

Really nice chair but wish it did more For the price, rollers are a bit hard going down the lower back

As someone who always has to make a massage appointment, this has been my saving grace for my constant back and foot pain. Heating function is amazing and the rollers loosen my muscles after a 20 min session!

Last year, My husband bought the chair and it works great! I had neck pain and sore foot every morning, after I tried it every day I feel much better. Most of all, I love the back side heat function. I recommended it to my friends. It was a good gift from my husband.

This chair is wider than some of other lower-priced chairs, a shawtie like me with a fattie can fit in the chair. Massage quality is excellent for my neck and back.

My wife and I get almost everyday massages and have for 1 year. I think this chair gives one of the best massages. My wife prefers less pressure and sits more upright. We both are able to make adjustments to individualize our massages. I really recommend this chair!
