Q: Is this grass fed? I know it states "pasture raised" but not sure what that means? Thank you for making a cleaner product than the mainstream.

A: Yes, a pasture is made of grass. Animals who are raised on pasture eat said grass and are therefore “grass fed”

We all are obsessed with this cottage cheese. Our Little guys 2 and ! yr old love it they can eat it with every meal if we let them. Mind you they are the most finiky eaters so to have them love this is great! It's a bit pricey but we feel it's worth it.

This is so gross, the texture is mushy and the taste is so sour! My 1 year old and I LOVE good culture cottage cheese and usually get the 4% and it’s delicious. Only one we eat and I thought this would be similar.

Love the taste and texture, I find the full fat (4%) doesn’t leave a a sour aftertaste as does the lower fat versions, hope they keep in-stock, added bonus it’s organic too!

The texture varies way too much. Half of the time it’s almost whipped like and spongey and the other half it’s curdled and moist like it should be. Idk what’s going on but super frustrating. This is my favorite for taste and ingredients but I have had to return 1/2 of the time for the texture inconsistency.

We don't use thickeners, stabilizers, etc, which can lead to variations in texture, but it shouldn't be a big difference from batch to batch. I liked the whole milk one because it was thick and not watery. Now they changed the color of the carton to blue, and it's watery. I don't like the change. I hope this is just an off one, and not permanent.

This cottage cheese is fantastic. It’s a great way to get added protein to lots of different foods. I love adding it to eggs or pasta sauces. It’s great when you throw it in the food processor and make it smooth and creamy too!

I posted a review stating that these were watery with moldy taste, and thought the company's quality had declined. Immediately afterward I purchased both whole milk and low fat 16 oz products at Target and Stop & Shop, and they were fresh. The problem seems to be lack of refrigeration during transport and/or stocking of the store. I hope Good Culture will not add preservatives to their products, but stores must keep these products at proper temperature.
