Just got this a few days ago and it will take awhile for it to lay flat. I can't say how much I like it yet but will see how well it holds up over time. It does seems pretty thin and stiff.

I bought this rug around 2 months ago and it’s made all the difference in our living room. Hubby and I needed something to cover the entire floor and under our couch because our couch can be configured into multiple different ways. Anyway, it’s was perfect I was so skeptical at first but upon its arrival the rug has added an element of coziness and warmth in our new apartment! We are very very satisfied!

Rug came in a box folded and was a prior return. Box was damaged on delivery and had been opened (clearly cut). No protective packaging other than an open bag. Bag was a type not able to be closed at all so even if it hadn’t been sent used, it was bouncing around in the box unprotected. I know this is a cheap rug, but come on.
