Shoal Creek Dresser - Sauder

My only issue is I didn't receive one part with the dresser which is the thin backing part #BK1. Could you send that piece specifically so I can complete my build? This was bought for me as a gift from my daughter. Where it was delivered is not my address. I'd like to have it directly delivered to my home address.

Was so excited for this dresser. But not only was it difficult to contrast, but it was missing half the screes needed. I tried to report the issue, hoping just to have the missing parts shipped to me, and was told they can't do anything because it's a non-refundable item. I just wanted the parts I paid for. So now I have a half constructed dresser and no help. Waste of money and energy. Do not buy.

The quality is outstanding.

Looks just like the picture: beautiful color, design, and finishes. Fairly easy to put together. And very practical with deep lower drawers.

Used at home in bedroom. Assembly was not simple, but instructions were relatively easy to understand and follow. Would have liked to see a better fastening method for the top on the dresser so that it could be lifted by the top to make final positioning in the room.

I have bought lots of Saudet furniture over the years. This piece was easy to assemble and looks good. I recommend for a small room. It feels low to me but I had a bigger piece iof furniture previously.

This dresser has been good but after 18 months I went to open drawer and the front of the drawer fell off and will not go back on

The dresser comes unassembled, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It took me about 14 hours to complete the assembly. The dresser is particleboard with an oak veneer. Sauder's customer service was excellent. I needed one screw that was missing and after only a couple of hours after I called, I got an email saying that it had shipped.

It looks so nice, but the drawers are all falling apart. We haven't been able to use this and are trying to find some sort of brackets to keep the drawer fronts from falling off

Wanted new furniture for my bedroom at a modest price range. I was blown away by the quality of this piece and the matching dresser that I purchased. The engineering, and design work on these pieces is unbelievable. The weight and quality of the materials is beyond what I expected. Even the hardware, (screws, fasteners, cams, knobs), were of a higher quality that I have become accustom to expect. (Thank you for making the drawers large enough for adult clothes. None of the other companies that I had looked at seemed to do that.) The thought put into the assembly also blew my mind. They seem to have intentionally designed it so one person can put it together without assistance. This is the first time in a very long time that I actually enjoyed assembling a piece of furniture. Every hole, every piece aligned perfectly without me having to make modifications. The directions looked daunting at first until I realized that every step was carefully laid out on one page with accurate detailed drawings. (8-1/2 x 11 paper, with print large enough to read without a magnifying glass!) Thank you for putting a to-scale picture of the fasteners on each step!) I really can not say enough about how pleased I am with my purchase. I have two more pieces I'd like to purchase but will have to wait for a couple months before I get them. Thank you Sauder. I always looked to you for office furnishings and was never disappointed. Your home products have proved to be just as wonderful!

Please send me missing parts---can you send the missing parts to me? Need 10 of the Gold 5/16" Flat Head Screws---can't finish two drawers until I get them.

We had a problem with 1 part. No issues getting a replacement in an expedited time frame. I also received some tech support from Alex. She was awesome. Knowledgeable and polite. We bought a desk a few months back love it too. Your product is excellent quality and instructions are thorough.

Wonderful instructions but helps if you have done this kind of work before.

Dresser is a decent size for our nursery. You can only open one drawer per side at a time which I like. However, the drawers don’t align nicely so shutting and opening may become a pain (will see when knobs are installed). It also came with a small gash on the face of a drawer and minor nicks elsewhere but too time consuming to take apart, return, and reorder or find another dresser. For the price and size it’ll do!

Perfect for guest work. Difficult to put together.
