I have bought several pairs of these and similar styles over the past 6 years, and as long as they are available, I'll never buy another type of work shoes. I work in a hospital on my flat feet all day, and I had terrible problems with plantar fasciitis. I also wear size 6 1/2 wide (Flintstone feet), which can be hard to find. Since I've been wearing these, I've been able to stop buying expensive inserts and my pain has never recurred. I'm quite hard on shoes, but these look nice enough to wear to the hospital for about 6 months, then I can wear them on the weekends as knockarounds for another few months. I love these so much I buy 2 pair at a time and re-order when I start wearing the second pair so I'm never without them. If you have foot pain problems, you owe it to yourself to at least give these a try.
