Worst air beds ever!!!...want a refund & reimbursement on my return shipping

It is nice, but it is smaller and was less expensive than the one I originally purchased. I should have been given money back or a free twin to go with it. The warranty plan is not very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Intex PremAire 18in Queen inflatable air bed is definitely a game changer. We camp a lot, and really have enjoyed using this Intex inflatable bed in our tent, opposed to sleeping on the floor of the tent on a pallet. It’s very well made, has an internal pump, which fills the bed quickly and deflates the bed quickly also. I timed it the first time we used it with the stop watch on my iPhone. To fill it, it took 3 minutes and 57 seconds. It took a minute to a minute and a half longer to deflate it (5 minutes & 25 seconds). It’s very comfortable and seems to be very sturdy, it has held up great under me and my husbands combined weight. We are not small people. It’s very easy to operate the internal pump. There’s also a compartment next to the pump that house the plug in cord. The cord is attached, therefore you have no fear of it getting misplaced. It’s 18 inches high, which makes it easier to get up and down. Once you deflate it, it is very easy to fold and to pack into the oversized (included) duffel bag. It also includes a patch kit, which as of yet we have not had to use. So I just put the patch kit into the bottom of the duffel bag in case it is ever needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The upper surface of the Premaire Elevated Airbed is velvety soft. The soft surface is pleasant sleeping on. The remaining surfaces texture is durable. Since the height is 18 inches, it is easy to get in and out of. Inflating is uncomplicated. A internal pump is installed on the end. In addition, a manual pump port is at the same location.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Intex 18" Queen Dura-Beam Airbed is firm, but comfortable. I, personally, would not want to sleep on it nightly, but for guests or to carry on a trip, it would be nice. The top of the bed has a velveety feel to it. The bed has an internal pump - which I must say works AMAZINGLY, so it eliminates the hassle of having to keep up with something else. Also, this came with a zippered carrying tote with handles, so you are not having to carry around the bulky box nor having to try and stuff it back into the box. It literally takes just about 3 minutes to fully inflate it. When deflating, the pump pulls every drop of air out of the bed. I did NOT have to roll and squeeze the mattress in order to place it in the tote. (Please follow manufacturers instructions when inflating/deflating) With the 18" height, it is very easy to get in and out of. I was impressed with how easy it was to get out of compared to others I've slept on in the past.

It is pretty comfortable considering it's a air mattress. Has good support. I am happy with the product and will buy again when needed.

My review is based on my experience using the product and my personal opinion of the product. I set up the air bed in my living room to test it out. The mattress inflated very quickly, which was a nice feature. The queen size was nice and spacious. The first thing I noticed was the look of the air bed. I know this is not super important to some but to me, it’s nice to have a good looking mattress! The bed was quite firm. This led to a good sleep for me and I woke up feeling great. I found the mattress to be very comfortable. I tested the bed for a whole nights sleep, by myself, and woke up refreshed and the mattress was still very firm. I highly recommend this product to friends and family.

It took me 4 minutes and 56 seconds to inflate from the box to completely inflated. My husband and I (who together weigh 500 lbs) laid on it and didn't feel any sinking in, or movement when getting off the bed. It took me 7 minutes and 57 seconds to completely deflate, roll up and put into the bag which was included in this mattress set. Easy to use and glad it has the pump built in! Would definitely recommend for those who camp or having guests at their home and need a quality mattress!

The queen size is perfect for traveling and camping. It very easy to blow up and fairly quiet. It takes about 3 minutes to fully inflate to the perfect feel. It’s comfortable to sleep on and you can make it to your personal comfort level. It’s just as easy to deflate and roll back up into the carry bag. I’m so happy to have found this mattress and highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this airbed. Have had several blow up mattresses over the many years and this is the best one we've owned. It blows up pretty high off the ground which makes it feel like you're up on a real bed. It remains firm over night, unlike many other blow up mattresses I've slept on. It's super comfortable and we sleep well on it. The QuickFill Plus pump works really well, very fast to inflate and deflate. This is the closest I've felt to a real mattress on an airbed. Highly recommend!

Since it is a deep mattress, it is easy to get in and out of and you don't feel like you're sleeping on the floor. I also like the quick fill pump that comes with this as it fills the mattress in around 5 minutes. This is comfortable enough that you could use it as a regular mattress on the floor. I would suggest that if the matress feels cool you might want to use flannel sheets on it but I suspect that in the summer months this matress is perfect as it would cool you down.

It was easy and fast to figure out how to inflate it. It was very quiet to inflate it. The mattress is extremely comfortable and easy to sleep on and rest on. The air pockets run horizontal instead of vertical so it's actually way better than other mattresses in that regards.

My daughter took it to a weekend get together and was able to inflate and deflate it with ease. She also said it was super comfortable and she plans on using it anytime she goes away for the weekend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Intex 18-Inch Queen Dura-Beam Premaire Elevated Airbed with QuickFill Plus Internal Pump is probably the easiest, fastest to fill air mattress I've ever used. The bed comes with a built-in pump on the end that's completely flush to the side of the mattress, so it doesn't take up any extra space. Just unfold the bed and plug it in, then turn the dial on the pump to the center position, turn it on and adjust the knob to "fill". The on/off switch is only visible when the pump in the neutral position. The pump can also run in reverse to force air out of the mattress, making it much easier and much faster to deflate and fold up. The power deflate option lets you really get all of the air out of the mattress so it can fit into the included storage bag. The storage bag also has a zippered closure and durable nylon handles so it's easy to transport. Once filled, the bed is extremely firm. There's a soft fabric on the top so you don't feel like you're sleeping on an air mattress. The bed did a great job of holding air overnight with two full-grown adults on it. The edges of the bed are slightly raised so you don't fall off and the 18-inch height is very comfortable, making it easy to get onto and off of the bed. This is a really well thought-out design with plenty of features that make setting it up and storing it easy. The simple design is ideal for guests, campouts and more. The bed is comfortable enough to sleep on for several nights in a row. When deflated, the bed is very compact and can be stored easily the storage bag in a closet.

It was also pretty comfortable. Our cats even enjoyed laying on it. The material is really thick and seems like it will be a reliable air mattress when camping season comes around. The 18 inch thick mattress makes its a little tough to get a fitted sheet on it, so I suggest getting deep pocket sheets if you prefer to have sheets on your bed when camping. It took quite a bit longer to deflate than I had anticipated, so it's a bit of a process until all the air is out and you're able to fold and store it. I love that it has a nice, big duffel like bag to keep it in. All in all its a nice air mattress and we will definitely get a lot of use out of it.

I just using it for a recent camping trip. My tent was on a rocky patch of ground and this mattress worked perfectly for me to sleep well and soundly even with the hard and rocky ground underneath. I love that we can use this indoors or outdoors. It will be a long term keeper for guests, camping, and travel. I would recommend it to others.
