Q: how is it secured to the grouand?

submitted by ely - 4 years ago
  • A: The description says attach to the ground with stakes.

  • A: Hello Ely, Thank you for your question! I am so sorry this is not clear, rest assured I will provide clarification. In regards to how this 92in Steel Garden Arch Arbor Outdoor Trellis for Garden, Climbing Plants w/ Wire Lattice - Black is secured to the ground, the four legs at the bottom of the arch you see in the product images are intended to be buried in the ground. With that said, if done correctly, the bottom of the first horizontal bar on each side of the arch will actually be flush with the ground. In the product description as of 3/8/2021, the legs are referred to as stakes, and I can easily see how this can cause confusion. The product description will be updated soon to make this more clear!

  • A: Hello Libraryanna, Thank you for your question! I am so sorry for causing confusion due to the mention of stakes in the description. Rest assured I will provide clarification. In regards to if the 92in Steel Garden Arch Arbor Outdoor Trellis for Garden, Climbing Plants w/ Wire Lattice - Black includes stakes or not as well as what is recommended, there are no stakes included with this product nor are they recommended. This is because the four legs at the bottom of the arch you see in the product images are intended to be buried in the ground. With that said, if done correctly, the bottom of the first horizontal bar on each side of the arch will actually be flush with the ground. In the product description as of 3/8/2021 the legs are referred to as stakes, and I can easily see how this caused the confusion. The product description will be updated soon to make this more clear! Thanks again for your question!
