This mattress is definitely on the firmer side of “medium firm”, and it’s exactly what I needed! Before, our bed was too soft and I would just sink, leaving me sore in the lower back and neck everyday. Now I no longer have back soreness and feel fully supported every night! (I am a 25 year old active female, so never really thought about how much I needed a firmer mattress!)

The first few weeks the mattress was extremely comfortable, I actually encouraged family and friends to buy one. After a few weeks, it had flattened and was hard. I tried to return it, still being within the warranty, unfortunately it would be more of a hassle taking an inflated, heavy mattress into a store as opposed to just buying a new one and calling this one a loss.

This mattress is hard as a rock and no where in the description does it say "firm". When I contacted the company about returning it they said I couldn't if it was opened. Kinda hard to not open it. Finally after a few weeks of back and forth they finally gave me a full refund.
