I have had one of these for two and a half years now and have loved sitting out in it when the weather warm but raining. We have always put it away for thy winter so were surprised to notice that a number of the seams have started to come apart leaving holes. Looks like either the thread of the stitching has rotted or pulled through the plastic. When I contacted Alvantor all they could suggest was some gorilla tape. Not very helpful at all. We have managed to patch it up but feel it is a weakness in the construction and should be rectified.

My mother in law is just in love with this bubble! She loves being able to spend time in her yard and still be able to see the birds in her garden and best of all- no more mosquitos!!

When it came, it was already punctured on a couple of places. Then I opened it, and I realized that the plastic is way too thin. It wouldn't resists winds or even a small accident. I had to return it. I had high hopes on this, as I was planning camping in our backyard with my kiddos. I will keep looking for a better quality tent.

The bubble tent is GREAT! However, there has been a very bad smell of chemical inside when it’s closed up. Hopefully that is not dangerous and will dissipate. But secondly, there was not invoice or order paperwork in the shipping package so I do not have the order number in order to activate the warranty. My original confirmation email is no longer in my Trash file. Please send me the order information. Thank you!
