The description said that the hook as 360 degree swivel. It does not. Also, the "velvet" covering is pretty cheap and thin, especially for the price.

Had these for a few months since I have narrow shoulders. If your shoulders are close to 15" and have to pick between a inch smaller or larger, go with the smaller hanger. I ended up phasing out the oversized hangers in my closet that I need more. Please restock the black "kids" hangers. Also, these don't shed the felt onto clothes. This makes these my only option left.

These are great for kids and petite adults. One star taken off because the ones I received do not have a 360 degree swivel as advertised. They were also not OSTO brand, but came from Zober Home brand.
