I love to cook - 2 years ago
It did take a few uses to understand how this works and now all of my steaks, chicken, and fish are coming out like in a restaurant. I had tried other brands for them to not work so returned them. Then I ordered this one. My best advice is to be patient. You'll get used to it and where to place your food. If you are getting burnt or uneven cooking means your placing it too close to the heating element. I found lowering it down a few extra rails gives it a perfect cook. I love my infrared-cooked steaks. All of the accessories are stainless steel and clean easily
