When my chair is damaged,I look for a new chair , I find this one ,good price,and I got it very quickly,and it’s easy to assemble,perfect to fit my table,also the army can turn up and down to fit mine. Sit it comfortable,so far so good,love it!!!

I wanted the mesh seat and this was by far the best bargain. It isn't noisy, assembly was easy, good deal.

Very disappointed. Did not purchase the extended warranty on this product. Gave as a Christmas gift. After 6 months of use, the hydraulic base broke. A small round piece literally just fell off (not even being touched) and it stopped working. Reached out to Target. Target would not stand by product as it was outside 90 day return policy. Unable to purchase replacement piece from Costway to repair. Will not be purchasing from Costway again.

I’m giving this 4 starts because it got stuck in recline but we were able to fix it. The directions are not all that helpful (accurate) but you can figure it out.

The locking mechanism for the back of the chair does not work. I’m not about to take it apart and take it back for a new one. But I wouldn’t buy it again based on that.

Assembly directions were actual garbage, none of the pieces were actually labeled, step-by-step directions instruct you to assemble the chair in the LEAST convenient order possible, and what is UP with that headrest design!?!? You'd think the company can spare a few extra dollars for a pin or screw or something to keep the headrest adjustable instead of the cheap white plastic pieces (that look as though they are supposed to snap together but absolutely don't) they seem to expect you to use.

Wish I’d found this sooner! Took me about 30/45 minutes to put together. So far so good. First impressions are that the chair is comfortable and sturdy. My body feels fully supported from my head to my bottom. The seat is mesh which is exactly what sold me on this chair. I’ve had many office chairs with a cushion seat that cause pressure on my lower back and causes discomfort and pain.
