Hanes 6-Pack Big & Tall Work Crew Socks, with Double Tough Durability, work as hard as you do. Arch compression around the foot and extra spandex deliver a superior fit. A fully cushioned foot bottom will keep you comfortable all day. Wicking Cool Comfort® Fabric, combined with our FreshIQ® Advanced Odor Protection, will help fight those stinky feet while keeping them cool and dry! Spandex and Comfort Toe Seam will provide comfort and a better fit. Big & Tall size fits Men's shoe sizes 12-14. Regular size that fits shoe size 6-12 is also available.
These socks are designed for comfort and durability, making them ideal for guests who spend long hours on their feet. Many guests appreciate the cushioning and breathability, which help keep feet dry and comfortable throughout the day. However, some guests have noted that the sizing can be misleading, particularly regarding the length and width. Overall, they are well-made and suitable for various activities, from work to casual wear.

Socks too tight
2 out of 5 stars
originally posted on Hanes
i have ordered 3 different types of men's socks and none are as good as the ones I have from several years ago. The new ones have too much spandex and squeeze my feet and are hard to pull on even though I ordered a size too big. Do you make any 100% cotton any more? (or nearly 100%) Interestingly, the black socks on the same order feel completely different.

Could not be happier, they fit great nice and thick. Just wash before you use them, they thicken up after the first wash and dry.

Tall, not big

I agree with the tall part but the big part to them only refers to size, not width. I thought they were wide and had to return them because they aren't. It is not necessary to use the word "big" at all since all that matters is someone choose their size without it having some confusing description.

Very good pricing for this item, well-made and comfortable, I trust that these socks will be a much of a lng-term value than other brands.

Super heavy duty compresion. Only complaint is that the top of the sock is super tight for a big guy. If your looking for compression though these do it.

Big and Tall is NOT "crew" size. Length to just below knees, at 6 feet tall.
4 out of 5 stars
William - 1 year ago
So my old crew socks are wearing out at the ankles, tried ordering these because I am a 6 foot even man in a family of tall men. Wearing 11 wide sneakers. My old socks listed a proper 11-15 "medium" that did not crush my feet, today's 6-12 often strangles them. Bought these because they are 12-15 "big and tall" and looks like I got pranked with that "tall" part. They go up to below my knees, NOT crew sized. I roll them down in half and they meet the hairless line where my old crew socks have reached for years. So yeah, buyer beware of the vague "Extended size" listing if you want your crew socks to be actual crew length. I am sure many would be pleased with the vents, but they seem meant for indoors or always boots wear and not general wear. So the behind toes and front ankle areas worse than my old worn out socks in cold weather with my sneakers where those are the two coldest areas of my feet outdoors. (a walk in the middle of the night proved that point). So why 4 stars? While they are made wrong for my needs and the sales pitch of "Crew sock length" is basically a lie for me. They seem decently made if you like that sort of thing, and other socks up under my knees were a lot rougher on them. They don't feel paper thin, or too bulky for sneakers so almost a great job, except for the whole "Do you not know what crew length means?" part. But I don't need sweltering calves indoors at my desk, and that is what I get with these. And rolling them down just means extra sweaty shins and ankles. (Rolled down in half makes them as tall as my old crew socks of actual crew size. Down to the hairless line on my shins where REAL crew socks worn for years reach) Hot indoors because of extra material I didn't ask for. Cold outdoors where it is missing material on purpose. 3 stars was tempting. Feels very monkey paw wish after lamenting so many socks smaller than advertised.

These socks are rough and tight as ever. They are not for big and tall men. I'm a 5'3 size 10 shoe woman and it's very tight and comes up 4 inches from my knees. It’s very tight around my calf’s and feet.

Good: only 50% polyester, puts less plastic into our oceans than 100% polyester socks Bad: socks are too long, and too narrow (tight). May be better after washing.
