Q: We assembled our bassinet and it seems really wobbly? Makes me really nervous to put my newborn once hes here in it.

submitted by Rachael G - 2 years ago
  • A: Due to the 360 degree rotation and swivel motion of the HALO BassiNest® Swivel Sleeper there is some give or play to the sleep area. The BassiNest® has been thoroughly tested for safety and it does appear your unit is well within the standards for our products. If concerned about the movement, the BassiNest® is most stable with the sleep area centered over the base post. Once the baby is placed in the BassiNest® this will help stabilize the sleeping area. If you are still concerned about the safety, we are more than happy to further review with you.
