Perfect. Sturdy, simple, and beautiful !

I bought the threshold bookshelf that is similar to this and it took an insane amount of time to build and then broke before I finished assembling it. This one looks just as nice and was incredibly easy to assemble. Less than half the time! And half the price also.

I love Target but NO. shelf came with every corner damaged bc nothing was wrapped for protection & was shipped in a HUGE box for it to be knocked all over the place. I can’t return it to the store bc I don’t have a vehicle large enough which is why I ordered online. NEVER AGAIN. I can’t get a replacement unless I mail this back which is not possible for me. I’m livid.

There were scratches in some of the wood panels. Also I didn’t realize it was this small. It’s pretty but I don’t like it because it’s too small.

Thanks to e-commerce we are finally seeing California’s proposition 65 labeling on products all over the country. In Texas we have absolutely no oversight or protections so it’s been very eye-opening to see just how toxic our goods are. Prop 65 passed in 1986 and it’s scary to think that we are only just now sharing in the warnings, and only due to the laziness of companies who don’t want to specifically label products for one state. I made a decision to completely stop purchasing and using anything with a prop 65 warning, and it is difficult because it’s more likely than not that a product has it. Also, not everything is labeled because it’s only required if it’s sold in California. This is such a cute shelf and the price was great. However, I found the prop 65 warning when assembling it so returned it. I see them on everything from blenders vacuum cleaners, things that we touch every day. Things that we put in our mouth. Things that we allow our children to touch and put in their mouths. You would think that a cancer warning would be a red flag to a consumer but no one seems to mind. I honestly think that most people assume that they are just there as a precaution, and don’t realize the seriousness of the label. I compare it to severe weather. A tornado watch means that it’s possible, even likely and is a reminder to be cautious. A tornado warning however is a literal heads up that there is an actual tornado. Proposition 65 Warnings say that the product contains chemicals that are known to cause cancer and/or reproductive harm. If you go to the website, you can view all the details and see for yourself how serious the warnings are.

This shelf looks so good!! It’s the perfect addition to our living room.

Easy to assemble, great complement to the desk in the same line. Only would have liked shelf spacing accommodate taller items and the width on the shelf to match to the desktop width. That said, it’s a nice addition for organizing my home office attractively.

The shelf is very stylish and matches the tv stand. Very each to assemble and us made well.

Didn’t come with any of the screws. It’s also a lot smaller than I had expected, pay attention to the measurements.

Is a good option if you’re in a rush. I didn’t have the change to build it because came damaged .

I love this. I'm actually trying to get rid of my gargantuan super heavy bookcase from West Elm becuase I don't know how I'm even going to move it when I move. This was easy for even me to put together in a sleep-deprived state and it looks easy to take a part as well. It isn't super heavy. Once I sell most of the stuff I have in my too-small apartment, I'm probably going to buy a couple more of these because I don't know where to put my books.
