As a runner I enjoy eating these before my morning runs when I don’t want to eat something heavy. As a cross country coach I give these to my runners a a quick snack to keep them going. My toddler loves these as well. They can be messy if they get crusher or crumbly. The flavor is but not too sweet with just enough salt.

Bought another large box of these directly from the website vs. department store after a really awesome customer experience with the Honey Stinger recently.
