Easy to assemble. Nice looking. Drawback- back of chair is mesh only and you feel the lumbar part. Maybe not for whole day of use. Fits my purpose

Most uncomfortable chair ever. This thing is like sitting on concrete or cardboard. Don't buy. I'm using my son's gaming chair due to wasting money on this hard piece of rock. And way beyond late for a refund although I need one.

I originally bought this item because I needed an office chair that matched my modern/futuristic theme. Looks-wise, it is pretty. In terms of comfort and support, I'd say it's about average for an office chair -- the seat is kind of firm and I would have liked more cushion. It is perfect for my size but I imagine bigger people may not find this chair too accommodating (both seat area and armrests are on the small side). I took off a star because the packaging was terrible. First, the box had a hole in it, and one of the legs was poking through it. Because of this, the edge of that leg got scuffed and dirty (I bought the white/gray combo). Secondly, the parts were sort of thrown around in a disorganized mess within the box. All of that said, all the parts were there and the instructions were very easy to understand. Assembly time took less than 30 minutes. Overall, if you are a small/medium-sized person and you like the aesthetics of this chair, I'd say go for it.

Fits in my space. I thought it would be a padded back instead of stretched fabric. It's not comfortable to sit in for hours and one arm rest is 2-3 inches lower. But it works.

Flip-up arms and firm support reduce neck and shoulder pain while keyboarding at a traditional desk. Lighter weight base makes it easy to roll around without compromising its sturdiness. Enjoying this chair for all-day seating much more than the mesh-seating based alternatives. Good value for the money.

Small footprint. Arms lift up. I'm short, and this is a good chair for me. Took a few days to get used to it, so be patient if it takes a bit. I use it with a footrest.

I purchased this and was honestly a little nervous. I've had such bad luck with office chairs that I hated to spend the money and have the same issues. I will say that because I've had so many desk chairs, I put this together without using the instructions and it was super easy to do. It's sooooo comfortable. The seat is really wide and there's lots of padding. I work from home 8hrs a day doing call center type of work. My hips have been hurting from previous chairs so I was looking for something that I wouldn't have to replace in a year. Hoping this is the chair because so far I love it.

Get it! Stop looking. I am super picky but you are getting $400 quality with this one. Definitely appreciated when I'm now working from home thanks to this pandemic. And you can tuck it totally under your desk. And the decline you don't even feel it or notice it. Very smooth.

Bought 2 of these for my son (gray) who is 8 and myself(pink). This chair fit both of us perfectly. He said it's comfortable and sit to read on it every night. This is the only chair I could find that is low enough for him (and me, I'm 5') on the lowest setting. This chair will fit well for short and small people within small space, I think. Easy to assemble, instruction was on the 2nd to last page, which you might miss it if you don't look carefully... I mean who would put instruction (1 sheet) behind all the warning in foreign languages pages...It's also worth mention that the contents were different. The gray chair came with the handle already assembled onto the back, while the pink was not. The pink came with 1 extra mechanical glove and headbolt/washer + tools to install the arms rest. I can't speak of durability yet, but it looks good at decent price and the back support is wide+ adjustable.

Great chair for the price. I bought this for my virtual learner bc she was always complaint ng of a back ache after many hours of school. Features are nice so now she can adjust the lumbar support and rock or spin or whatever, rather then sitting completely still!Not a very wide chair though. Features are great!
