Target delivered the couch on time - but instead of leaving on my front porch they left it out on the sidewalk next to the road. The box was quite damaged and when I hauled it inside my house I saw the couch itself was damaged in multiple places - the wood was badly scraped in three areas, the cushions were dirty. When I asked customer service for help, they said my only option was to box it back up, bring it to a ups center and send it back. I'm not able to do that, so I'm left with a badly damaged couch.
