Q&A(7)

Q: I just installed these drawers and they look very nice. One drawer is half an inch narrower than the other drawer. Why is this? some of my containers only fit in the wider drawer

submitted by BM - 2 years ago
  • A: If you noticed when you unpacked it that baskets were inverted. The top basket is 1/4" smaller around in order to nest or invert to fit inside of the other. This helps with international and domestic freight to help keep cost down.

Q: Are the rails under mount? I have a big cabinet and just need the left part of the cabinet for this organizer, or does it need to fit the entire cabinet?

submitted by Shiningshon - 6 months ago
  • A: Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Yes, this item features a bottom mount system. This means the rails are mounted to the base of the cabinet, providing a sturdy and smooth sliding mechanism.

Q: I see the 15 x 22 inch shelfs indentifies the width opening of a mininum of 8.5 inches. Is that correct? Shouldn't it be wider?

submitted by Babs - 3 years ago
  • A: That is not correct. We will have Target update this. NO, the 15 x 22 requires a 14-1/2" or larger opening.

Q: I see that the overall width is 11.75 inches, but what is the width of just the pull out shelf?

submitted by Greg J - 3 years ago
  • A: The overall width is larger than the basket that pulls out. The product itself like you have mentioned is 11.75" W, but the part that pulls out is 11-3/8" wide....we recommend a 11.5" or larger opening
