Q: Can i use the Bottle for Hot water too ?

A: Yes you can, drinks stay cold for 24 hours and hot for 6 hours because of the double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel.

Q: Can I also use this for hot liquids? The inside of the packaging says “not intended for hot liquids” but on the contigo website for this product, it says “ Drinks stay cold for 24 hours and hot for 6 hours”

Q: Can I remove the 2 small rivets that are keeping the handle in place? Will the auto pop lid still function without the handle and rivets?

Q: Can both the bottle and the top pieces be put in the dishwasher? I’ve read that a dishwasher can ruin the inside of an insulated bottle and I just want to be sure not to ruin it.

Excellent product…i have been using the same Jackson Chill for years as it hold liquid cold and with a very reliable locking cap and seal with the right size of mouth 20oz to carry in the car cupholder all the time and 24 and 32 oz for the gym. With an aftermarket protective sleeve they can stand use and abuse for many many years

it leaks from between the lid and bottle, I took the lid off and re sealed it multiple times and it continues to leak.

The thermos is of extremely high quality, as it keeps the temperature for a long time, both cold and hot because of the great insulation. It has fallen many times and apart from minor external damage, nothing has changed or been damaged. It is very easy to clean, disassembles well and opens easily, but despite this, it does not spill at all, it is completely airtight. It is quite light and very convenient to drink from, as the spout opens completely. It is cool that the upper part from which you drink is completely closed, that is, everything is very clean. I highly recommend it

I have several bottles. Two 20 ounce stainless bottles for water ( and two extra to rotate in the dishwasher). Plus a 32 ounce bottle to use for tea, lemonade, punch. Whatever other beverage I drink. I do not drink carbonated beverages, so these bottles are perfect. The handle broke on one of my lids, and I can't find out how to buy replacement lids on their website.
Please sell replacement lids!

This is one of the only simple water bottles I have found to fulfill all the features I want: easy to clean, carrying loop, lockable, easy open with one hand, lif stays on and won’t drip, leakproof, no weird and hard-to-reach- crevices to clean, pleasant drinking experience, great size and easy to grab with smaller hands, and (very important) the place where you put your mouth never has to touch anything except your mouth and the lid! My only complaint would be that Contigo does not offer replacement lifs at this time. I don’t want to have to trash a perfectly good water bottle, especially one with sentimental stickers, because the lid won’t latch well after years of use and the silicone part is growing black yuck even with my best efforts to clean regularly. If there were replacement lids, this would be the perfect water bottle!

Purchased the thermal flasks a few years ago and they are still going strong made us convert all our bottles! They are genuinely leak proof and so easy to clean! & can be chucked in the dishwasher. We have now converted all bottles hot and cold to Contigo because it is a genuinely brilliant brand. Very impressive and good value for money!

Love this bottle!!! I went back and bought 1 for everyone in my family! It's a perfect quick button to open. Opens every time, no sticking. Also the wide mouth quick flow opening is awesome! Just right to get to your water fast and into your mouth. I don't like straws or twist tops. Too much work for a quick drink. Great size, sturdy and well balanced. I have bought 3 different colors of these stainless steel double walled bottles with the AUTOPOP tops. The bottles are great. The top works great, with a nice opening to drink out of, that seals quite well. There's no straw part that is hard to clean. My biggest issue is the durability of the autopop tops. I have dropped all of them a couple times. On two of them the pins broke at the hinge. They still worked but the handle can come off to one side. The "POP" lock also broke on one of these. Also, after a few months to a year of use, I've had 2 out of the 3 of them break the small torsion springs that "POP" the top open. The spring just wore out and broke. This is really irritating because the top no longer pops out of the way to drink.

I had this water bottle for a few years and I loved it . It would keep my water cold and was handy to drink. I love that I don’t have to worry about leaks and it fit anywhere. Cleaning it wasn’t too hard.

I love how well my Contigo coffee cups keep things hot or cold! So, I purchased the Jackson chill 20oz. But, I am very disappointed in it's lack of ability to keep ice from melting (very quickly) or to keep water cold for any length of time!! I love the wide mouth, autopop and lockable lid!

I’m so disappointed that this doesn’t hold hot liquids and even more disappointed that there was no way for me to know this until after I purchased and removed the label. It doesn’t say anywhere except the inside of the label. Love that the whole product is dishwasher safe though. The spout looks easy to clean too.

I can add some ice and water to the bottle at night, and have ice and water ready for the gym. The bottle cover closes the area where my mouth goes which is perfect when people are coughing. The bottle is wide enought to clean well, and not only is the bottle dishwater top-rack safe, the top is wide enough to hand clean. Best water bottle I've had!
