I really like the look of this piece, but there were some definite issues with the construction. First, the marble shelf was slightly too wide for the opening. I was eventually able to jam it in and get it in place but now the metal side is a bit bowed out. Second, the holes for the screws did not line up. I was only able to get one of the three screws in, the other holes were too far off. Since the shelf is very tightly wedged into place due to being too wide, I’m not too worried about it falling out, just frustrated at the lack of attention to details.
