A: The Tri-Core comes in three different sizes (full size, mid-size and petite). The Tri-Core also offers two firmness options (standard and gentle). The D-Core however, comes in two sizes (full size and mid-size). The D-Core only comes in the firm option.

My chiropractor recommended I start sleeping on my back to resolve lower back pain (I was a stomach sleeper, side sleeper, weird-angles-twisted-around sleeper). This pillow makes it easy for me to comfortably sleep on my back. Resting my head in the middle, my neck is supported and my head is gently supported on each side. And if I still want to side-sleep, I move my head from the center of the pillow to a side. Pillow is firm - very comfortable and does not flatten when I lay on it.

This pillow was suggested and for the reasonable price, I figured I'd try it. I'm sleeping so much better and waking up without an aching neck. It made such a big difference after the first night. I didn't have to alternate between my old pillow and this new one. I'm sold!

I had their regular pillow and bought this after I lost in a trip. So I thought I’d get one with a bigger curve. The curve is bigger but the space to put your head is smaller, so my head does not get to fall into the whole without the second bump onto picking it again. The head cradle is too small for me as a female. But maybe my head is larger than other peoples.
