We’ve had real trees our entire married lives, over 35 years. We said we would never have an artificial tree. This past year both of our favorite farms were sold out and closed for the season by the first week in December, so we had to settle for a Charlie Brown special from the local feed store. Prices jumped significantly this year too. That’s when we started shopping artificial trees and found National Tree. Waited for the after Christmas sales, great prices on the Newberry Spruce we liked based on the features and “ultra realistic” classifications. We had to set it up to see how it looked. We love it, more realistic than we expected. Huge mess on the floor the first couple times I tried to water it, but we are adjusting to the ease and simplicity, looking forward to showing it off next season.
