I’ll start off by saying this was delicious and well seasoned. would i buy again? for this price no. I bought this product thinking i had enough for a meal for my partner and i but ended up having 5 tacos worth. since it’s wrapped in plastic you can’t tell whats inside until you get home.

Very little meat in a large package. You get two cups of product, most of which was juice and fat. Save your money and buy fresh beef and cook it yourself.

I like the texture of the barbacoa; it was very soft and tender. I wonder if Del Real could add more chipotle peppers to the barbacoa. I think it would give the product more spice and flavor, and be on par with Chipotle Mexican Kitchen's barbacoa.

I loved the beef barbacoa from Del Real Foods. The beef was tender and delicious and the sauce was seasoned just right with chile and spices. I served it for dinner with Del Real Arroz con Vegetales on the side, added my own tortillas and garnished with chopped onion and cilantro. Due to my disability I cannot cook these meals on my own anymore and Del Real tamales, carnitas and other dishes are very tasty and the next best thing to homemade.
