This is NOT a Jumbo pillow. Its the size of a small/ medium pillow. Medium density?! I would compare this to a $15 pillow from a discount store. Not anything as described. Will be returning, sadly.

Found it a bit more firm than expected. Found the fill to be more medium than soft. It has broken in okay and does not hurt my neck. I just wish I could just sink into it a little more.

These are nice, quality pillows.... but they aren’t medium, for sure. They are very soft and not remotely what I was expecting ordering a medium firmness pillow- but it worked out because my husband likes soft pillows (and I will have to keep hunting for true medium pillows). Other than that, I am quite happy with the purchase. Fast shipping (although the status updates and shipping notifications lagged behind receiving the actual product.... I will chalk that up to covid hiccups). Good value for the money and I have hopes they will hold up well.

While vacationing in Florida, we stayed at Vistana resort. The pillows were the best, my husband and I decided to purchase the same pillows when we returned home. We were not dissappointed, same quality pillows were delivered, individually wrapped in plastic that was sealed, in a box. The pillows cradled my head and neck, I felt so rested the next day. We ordered 4 king size pillows, my husband wants 2 more to cradle his sides. Thank you for these wonderful pillows.

Exactly what I wanted to alleviate my neck pain and should pain. Love them. They are soft but voluminous, if that makes sense. Most medium feel pillows are not on the firmer side, but these are on the softer side.

I’ve been searching for the perfect non-down pillow for a while. I’ve tried memory foam pillows, MyPillow, and so many various synthetic down pillows and everything is either too firm or too soft. I stayed at a few hotels that had the perfect pillows and asked what kind they are which led me to DownLite. The perfect pillows!!
