I purchased this item and let me tell you. the 1st of many issues was connecting to the wifi on their app. I could never connect. I made sure I was connected to the 2.4g not 5g....then I could not get this thing to inflate. Connected pipe in control base & spa then turned the control unit to inflate position. Nothing happens pressed the bubbles icon. Nothing at all. I got an E81 error message when trying to connected to WiFi never during this part. (E81 error messages mean transmission signal failure). I reset GFI as indicated. Starting to think mine is defective. Called customer service but they are closed. of courses they are! I am beyond annoyed at this point and so ready to start a return, but my delivery came on a rainy day and I had to throw out the box.

I give only 1 star just for one reason, I didn’t even tried this hot tub yet but here is the thing my husband and I ordered the 6 person hot tub supposedly measuring 94x28 inch on the outside, we got our hot tub and could right away notice that it wouldn’t hold 6 person, we inflated it and realized that the one we got measure 76x28 and not the 94” as advertised, we looked at the box they send it in and on the box it says 94x28, we thought we were just unlucky and decided to order the same hot tub from two others places, exactly the same one with the same dimensions as this one on the listing and guess what…. The exact same thing happened, we got two more hot tub with the box saying that the hot tub measure 94x28 and once you inflate them surprise they are only measuring 76x28. The product itself seem really nice and we will ultimately keep one of the three we ordered, I just wish that we would get the product that was advertised and we paid for 94inch is really different from 76inch and that’s only the outside measurement
