The chicken coop is super cute - looks exactly like the photo and extremely easy to put together. It took no time at all and was easier than any piece of furniture I have ever assembled. That being said - it is way smaller than I was expecting and that was a bit of a disappointment. I’m hoping it won’t be too small when my chickens are full grown. We will see. I wouldn’t keep more than two chickens in here. Maybe 3 of the mini breeds. The tray is easy to clean, but the rest is a bit hard to scrub chicken poop off of. I’m not sure how I feel about the bottom of the lay box yet. It has slats and I worry about it being a way for a predator or even a snake to get through. So I am going to most likely - figure out a way to fix that. All in all - I don’t think it was worth the price. I would probably go for a different brand if I ever get another. It also came slightly damaged.

Super easy to put together.

We loved putting our coop together. It was easy. We did study the instructions first and followed the numbers on each part. The insulation can be improved. The roof top can definitely be different. Without caulking or glue it comes off and will definitely leak. I don’t think it will last, but for a starter is ok. It was delivered within 24 hours.

Went together easily with 2 people but do-able for 1. We put it together in the house minus the roof and it held together beautifully walking it out to the run. Now this is my broody coop INSIDE of my main run. If you're going to use this as your only coop/run definitely want to reinforce with some more durable fencing. I would not call this "predator proof." I'm also adding some material to the top and the 2 sides of the run to help protect from wind and weather as I live next to a gusty farm field and live in MI. Overall very pleased with this purchase for the price

I needed a very small low coop for a new mama hen and 5 chicks. I had to separate 2 broody hens with a total of 14 chicks. So this was perfect for my need. It is in an enclosed run, so I wasnt worried about predators.

First off it is fairly cute once all put together. Most of it is simple to put together but the roof took awhile to get the correct angles, the directions definitely suck! It is very small and will not keep predators out. But if it's just something for during the day for a couple of small animals it would be fine. Not anything to keep winter out.

For the price, this little hutch is worth it. I had a hen and 3 chicks who needed a temporary home outside of our main coop. If kept under cover, I imagine it will last for years.

The quality of the coop is fine. The instructions for putting the roof together are not clear. Be sure to put the beveled ridge on the crown. It's also a 2 person job to put it together. I like the nesting part and the inside part but the run is very short. For 2 birds they would actually need about 2-3 feet more at least. I'm fortunate to be able to build more of a run for them. But this would be too small for 2 hens.

Added two coats of exterior Ben Moore paint, caulked all the seams, replaced the plastic in the door with screen for more summer ventilation and added a couple of personal touches. This little coop is so cute and prefect for my bantam chickens to nest. My feather babies only spend the A.M.'s in this coop and run area, it isn't big enough for full time.

It took quite a bit longer to assemble than 10 minutes but it did go together pretty well. If we did not have it inside a secured chicken coop pen I would be very concerned about the security of my chicken. We have one chicken who has been picked on by the others and bought this to give her a safe place.

I have never had chickens before, so this is not an expert review, but I still have an opinion. We bought this house to hold 2 other chickens. The house looks great, it is adorable, and it is a great size for 2 chickens. The nesting box and sleeping area could definitely accommodate more chickens also, but the run seems small for more than 2 if you are not letting the chickens free roam during the day.

I had a hard time conceptualizing the size of this coop.? It's pretty much? what you'd expect for the money.? Not the most solid coop I've ever seen, but easy enough to put together in about 45min and solid enough that I feel good leaving a couple birds inside at night, with an electric fence around it.? Would be no problem for a raccoon to get inside if left out unprotected, but works well for a little pair of ducks or chickens when predators are not an issue.

A little tricky to assemble as instructions were a bit vague, but a good product. Our 3 chickens enjoy the coop. We will have to extend it in the summer, but it works for winters when they are in our shed.

I have purchased 3 different chicken coops from Aosom. I like this one the best because of the low price, the design, and the weatherproof roof. It is small but can comfortably hold 2 big hens or 4 banties, if you let them out a few hours every day to free range. I have recently ordered another one of these coops.

I was able to assemble it myself in an hour or so. I did not have any problems with wood cracking, though I screwed everything in by hand. The coop is cute, but it is on the small side. It will be perfect for my one (soon to be two) mallard duck. It

Excellent well built product. I have it indoors and let my cats use it as their very own apartment. They come and go as they please and have a comfortable place to eat and sleep.

This coop is good for summer but I will have to winterize before winter. Hope it last. Easy to put together. Overall not a bad product. I hope my chicken girl likes it.

After searching many different websites trying to find a true Duck Coop, I found this one instead. Although many sites said for chickens, rabbits, ducks and small pets, this one did not have a steep ramp. Have you ever seen a duck walk up or down a steep incline, it's not pretty! The roof took a little longer than I liked when assembling but my son and I did put it together and it looks great. We have 3 ducks this year but I think we could do a 4th one with the space. We have raised ducks for 10 years for our neighborhood lake. The features with the slide out tray for cleaning, the nesting/sleeping room, removable roof and the run are working just as we had hoped. Already looking at making the run larger as the ducks get bigger but it works for now. Beveling the edges of the roof panels for easier installation would help in assembly. Shipping was quick and overall quality is good. Secured the screen with "U" nails as the screen is stapled and could be easily damaged by small predators and our dog .
