Astepro(R) Allergy is the first and only 24 hour, steroid-free nasal spray for allergy relief. While other allergy sprays may take hours to start working on the first day, Astepro, full-prescription strength allergy medicine, starts working in 30 minutes . This steroid-free allergy spray provides long-lasting allergy relief of indoor and outdoor nasal allergy symptoms; nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy nose for up to 24 hours. Astepro allergy has flexible dosing, so it can be used once or twice daily for allergy relief. One spray contains 205.5 mcg of azelastine HCl.

This worked really well. I had been taking Allegra for allergies but it did not seem to work. I combined this with Flonase and now being outside is so much more bearable. I almost did not buy this bc of the negative reviews. If you are using this correctly, you should not be tasting it. It is meant to stay in your nasal passage and not swallowed. You should be spraying it towards the outer side of your nose and slowly inhaling with your head tilted downward. The only downside is it is kinda pricey.

I cannot taste the bitterness that people talk about, so that's a plus. I ran out too early to refill prescription for generic, so I bought brand name at a local store. The artificial sweeteners in the brand name taste HORRIBLE, and it also caused worse congestion, so I stopped using it. Generic not only had no taste for me, but it worked at about 75-80%.

Astepro is absolutely the best allergy nasal spray I've ever used. It worked the first time I used it and it continues to work. if you have arthritis like I do the applicator bottle is easy to use. Some reviews say it's expensive but I don't think it is. If you truly suffer from allergies it's hard to put a price on something that works and Astepro works!

I bought astepro to help with my severe nature allergies that cause an absurd amount of sneezing and a never ending runny nose. I've used it for a week thinking it just takes time to get into your system, but it's just not working. Every day all day I'm still sneezing a ton and dealing with my runny nose. I'm not sure what kind of pollen count this product was tested for, but it isn't the pollen count of spring in the south. We call it "the spring snow fall" here

Taste HORRIBLE, first time i used it it went straight up my nose then straight down my throat. It tasted horrible did not help and taste stayed in my throat forever and made me want to hold my breath and not breath it in. I DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS PRODUCT. waste of my time and money. :(

I brought this product to relieve my runny & sometme stuff nose...did not work for twenty four hours though . I was also disappointed by the amount in the bottle.. price to high fir sush a small amount.

Horrible. Still suffering from yesterday spray. Will throw today. The taste was horrible,some awful sweetener. Plus I got completely dry nose,throat and therefore my nose is still time to time bleeding. On top of that everything inside my nose and throat feels like I spay with menthol( cooling effect), I can't smell and taste properly. Someone should sew this guys who created such product.

It really works. It’s a must have for allergy seasons. I keep a bottle in my purse for on the go. Finally something that gives me relief during the season my allergies occur. Great value for your money. Easy to open packaging. Easy to clean nozzle.

It is the clearest my nostrils have been without Sudafed in YEARS. However the taste is horrendous. I’m a bit of a super taster and I nearly threw up when I tasted the bitterness after instilling the sprays. However, I’m giving three stars because the antihistamine definitely works!

Unlike other nasal sprays that take days to work, this one provided noticeable relief within 30 minutes. It helps with congestion and sneezing without making me drowsy, which is a huge plus. The spray itself is easy to use, and I didn’t experience any burning or irritation.
