I had this faucet put in when we had our bathroom renovated a year ago and I hated it! When you turn the water on you get a splash all over your counter and all over the floor. My contractor laid construction paper on the floor and counter and turned on the water. You could see splashes three feet away!! He turned the water way down and it did not make a difference. It took a while but eventually my contractor was able to get a refund and replaced my faucet with one where the water comes out normally.

How do you remove or clean aerator on my delta 567LF-LPU faucet? I hardly have any water flow. Do you replace with another model if under warranty?

I love the look of this Ara line, but the faucets splash all over the counter and back wall. It has a wave pattern, which I think is a problem. If i could change it, I would. I revised the backsplash to 11" high to protect the wall/mirror. Unfortunately I put three of these in the two full baths and wished I had not purchased them. They were not cheap.

I just installed the Modern in our guest bathroom and I'm not that impressed with it. Two things are picking at me. The water supply lines that came with the faucet were 6 inches too short. I had to purchase two extra hoses to extend them so they would reach the valves. The second thing is the water flow, or lack of it. I understand that flow restrictors are now required but even at full flow, there is barely enough flow. I'm happy with how it looks but that's about it.

I have two of these in my master bathroom and the flow is very different on both of them. I have had my plumber look at them and he said it is just the faucet. I am at a loss as to why one would flow more than the other...

PLEASE HELP!!! I want these to work badly but I’m barely getting any water flow through the two new ones purchased and my contractor cannot figure out why. Rest of my bathroom is fitted with high end detla and works great. I don’t mind lower GPM but this is nearly like turning off a normal bathroom faucet and trying to get proper use out of it.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom and bought these faucets for the sink. We have been using them for just over a month and while I love how they look and the styling of them, I do not like them when I use them. The aerator is rectangular and the water sprays everywhere whenever you put something in the water stream. I have tried moving my hands around in the sink and different heights close to and away from the faucet. It doesn't matter how hard I have the water turned on, no matter what the water just splashes everywhere. Also because the spout of the faucet is flat, water sits on it. When I wash my hands I use the towel to dry my hands and then have to wipe off the faucet so it doesn't have dry water spots on it all the time.

Hi, Thank you for reviewing the Delta product. I apologize for the issue with the water spots and splashing. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are constantly looking for ways to become better. Lowering the water at the shut offs will reduce the amount of splashing. Also, Here is some basic cleaning and care information: Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains and calcium build up may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Also take care to protect surfaces that may be damaged by vinegar. The white vinegar can stain porous stones like granite, limestone and marble. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: 409, Fantastic, or Windex, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub and Tile Cleaner, Lime Away and Soft Scrub.
