The bed was a nightmare to put together. The holes didn’t match up. The screws were wrong. Don’t even bother trying to get a hold of the company. No one responds. I wish i was able to return to the store but i bought it for my daughters new house and by the time we opened it, i was outside the return policy. I should have researched the manufacturer. Lesson learned.
I don't think it has complaints, it was easy to put together.

I purchased a grey bed and a white bed was sent… instructions are awful and misleading!! Never has this happened and I’m not a satisfied customer.

It’s.. okay. It was a pain to put together, took 3 of us and an hour of work. The dowel rods broke while screwing the screws in. The holes are uneven. But it’s pretty and is fine for what it’s for.

This toddler bed is very nice. It is very sturdy. The only reason I have it 4 stars is because all the pieces were labeled incorrectly. It took my husband over 2 hours to put it together.
