This light fixture is perfect for our space and gives off a warm light. We’re so happy with it!

It looks very nice on the ceiling. Beware that you absolutely need a magnetic screwdriver to screw it into the base. The space is too narrow to hold the screw with your finger long enough to get the screw centered on the hole and screw it in. What should have been a half hour job turned into 3 hours until I though of cellophane tape to hold the screw to the end of a screwdriver!

First this is a stunning light. The light it gives off is beautiful because of the gold inlay. Recommend using 3000k or 3500k light bulbs. I removing one star because it is so heavy that the base is bowed at the ceiling. It really need four screws to attach to the ceiling not 4. It is noticeable but who stares at a light fixture for that long? I just hope one day I don't hear the base crack. I just periodically.

It's a beautiful light fixture. It is also very heavy. Too heavy for the provided lightweight mounting plate. This plate is so thin that the weight of the lamp ripped the screws right out of it. The plate was badly bent where the screws were attached, but I was able to bring it to the original shape using just my fingers. After using some steel reinforcements I was able to mount it safely to the ceiling but, due to the design, there were some gaps near the ceiling. Had to drill 2 more holes on the side of the black ceiling cover and use 2 extra screws. After all that I found out that the standard light bulbs do not fit this lamp. Gotta use E12, not E26 base (wife bought lamp without knowing). I installed many light fixtures in my life so I knew that I could overcome any issues, but I wouldn't recommend it if you expect a quick and easy installation.

Use for my work lobby renovations they look great and provide plenty of lighting

This client needed not only requested additional lighting for her dark, laundry room but wanted to add some visual interest to the ceiling. This beautiful 21" round semi-mount light is the perfect combination of beachy and modern farmhouse.

I love this fixture because of the textures of the rope detailing along with the black and mat gold metal. The only issue is that it does give off a yellowish light because of the gold interior of the shade. I might have to research a different bulb to reduce the yellowish effect of the light.
