This Furhaven Quilt Top Water-Resistant Indoor-Outdoor Dog Bed has it all! Innovative "convertible" design features water-resistant base bed and removable top panel - perfect for outdoor use, dog houses, vehicles, garages, porch, and lanais! Water-resistant base pet bed is manufactured with a coated polycanvas fabric to help protect the filling from weather and moisture. The padded quilted top panel zips on and off to better cater to your pet's preferred form of comfort. Don't need the top panel or just want to wash up quick? Simply unzip to remove! Top panel also acts a pocket for cooling or heating pads! The mattress core is topped with a layer of cooling gel infused memory foam that contours to your pet's figure for improved body alignment and joint relief; the base features a medical-grade solid foam core for better support and value. The gel foam boasts cooling properties that reduce the sleep surface temperature by 1 or 2 degrees, wicking heat away from your pet to help keep them cool. Low profile, step-on design for easy access by older or disabled pets.

My dog has ripped every single dog bed we’ve given him except this one. We are SO happy we ended up buying five more of the same bed so we can have some on hand if we ever need them (or if they ever discontinue it). PLEASE KEEP THIS PRODUCT FOREVER! We will be a forever buyer of this bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granddog loves this bed. I do too with the ease of taking the top off to wash it and putting it back on. It washes nicely too. The only issue I have is that he "fluffs" up his bed and has torn the threads on the quilting top. I clipped them and hope that the top will still be washable after the threads have all been pulled out. If not for this, I would give it a 5 star rating. Still the best bed I have purchased so far for a lab/bird dog mix.

I bought this type of bed because I like the convenience of being able to wash the top without having to strip off the entire cover to wash it. It’s a little bit noisier that the other beds but with wear I hope that will go away. Both dogs (Miniature Schnauzer) enjoy sleeping on it.

I have a couple elderly dogs with arthritis and degenerative myelopathy. I bought two bed sizes, and they are always in use by a fur baby. Cats like them, too!
