This arrived without any shipping materials in the box ( no bubble wrap, etc). The plastic in the box was cracked and did not provide adequate protection. There are some cracks in the outside and inside as a result. Thankfully it is no my entirely broken in pieces, but still not sure I want to give as a gift as intended. I would return but I’m not sure that I can get a new one in time for the holidays.

Enjoy it but at times where I would like to enjoy more broth, I can’t because I limited before overflowing due to chopsticks hole, but I completely understand the sacrifice. I just keep it on the side to refill bowl.
