Why is it taking so long to reach 104? Will it ever reach that temp

I purchused this and first month or so after putting it up heater broke. About same time the inflatable cover leaked, now living in Florida the straps that connect top to tub are all dry rotten and broken off and 2 seam areas inside have like pin hole leaks 4 of them so it's pretty much trash already the worst part is no longer receite so screwed out of my money first 6 mo I'd give it 5 stars except it cools off too fast

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and finally got the spa up and working (I had hoped). The heating element is clearly malfunctioning/never worked and I can't get the online website to work to register and file a claim for our product, no one will return my calls or messages. It took 6 days to get the spa up to 102 degrees (we wanted 104, never reached) and finally chose to get in. Within 15 minutes of the spa being uncovered, the temperature dropped 3 degrees and then quickly dropped a total of 10 degrees within an hour. Temperatures outside ranged from 45 to 65 degrees the entire week trying to heat. DO NOT PURCHASE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hot tub was very easy to assemble. There are YouTube videos that I found to help with the setup. My hose took about 3.5 hours to fill the tub up, and it took about a day and a half for it to get to temperature. The tub was advertised as 8 adults but 5 or 6 is more accurate if you have your legs up and not out stretched. You will need to buy chlorine tablets and pH testing kit in order to get the water right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this item as an in-between solution before remodeling our backyard & patio, our aboveground pool went over the winter. Still, we weren't ready to undertake such a big project this year as it involves putting an addition on our home before redo-ing the deck, patio, & backyard. We figured we could use this as a small pool when the weather is warm, and once it shifts to colder nights, use it as a hot tub or extend the season at the very least. The setup was pretty easy, it took me approx. 2 hours by myself, and most of that was unboxing & decoding the directions, which are generic for multiple tubs and only tiny illustrations, so they are a bit confusing. Next year I would guess I can do it in under an hour plus fill time. Overall, very uncomplicated & once assembled, very low maintenance. Note that you do need to be able to plug the pump, which has a short cord, directly into an outlet; this was not an option for us as a deck that needs repair & could not support the tub, separates the tub from the exterior outlets on the house so we purchased a heavy-duty outdoor extension with a rain shield. This has worked fine so far, but occasionally, it does trip the reset & is not recommended by the manufacturer. We have had it setup for about a month and a half now and love it. At first we kept at the lowest temperature setting to function more like a pool which was great after a long day in the sun, but now that the nights have gotten colder, we have transitioned to hot tub mode and are totally loving it. I keep it at 96-97 as I'm currently 8 mos pregnant but love spending lots of time in the tub as it resolves a lot of the pain & pressure from the baby! I am very impressed at how when I take a long soak with the cover off, the pump is able to maintain the temperature at that level extremely well, it is often the same temp when I get out as when I got in if not only a degree lower. I can't say if it maintains as well for the highest temp settings, but I do think it's a great performing heater for the price point. It also heats up fairly quickly if it happens to get shut off, we came back from vacation late evening, and I turned it back on before bed & was able to use it the next morning. We got a little Bromide float dispenser, which is working well & very low maintenance, so far, I haven't had to mess with the PH or anything. And we haven't noticed any real increase in our electric bill, so it isn't a huge cost to run. My only complaint would be that if you do not have the tub under a canopy or roof, lots of water & debris collects on the cover around the edge. Then it is almost impossible to get the cover off without that dirty water getting into the tub, which is frustrating if you are trying to keep it clean. Once debris gets into the tub it can't really be removed easily and the pump doesn't seem to filter it. I would love if there was some kind of vacuum attachment I could purchase that would allow me to get some of that out. You will also want to set this up somewhere that you can walk around it fully to clip the cover on, we set up and filled this right next to our deck where the pool was so we could sit on the deck with our feet in, but it means that we have to crawl under the deck to clip the cover as if you don't and it rains, water will overflow the tub. We can't really do much about it this year as it's too heavy to shift, but next year we will set it up with more clearance around the edges. Oh and size-wise. my husband & I love it, it would be most comfortable with only 2 more people (total of 4) IMO but I could see getting up to 6-8 during a party or something.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Saluspa Grenada Airjet inflatable hot tub. The base, tub, and cover are made very durable with thick material. The tub is tall. Holds about 6 people comfortably in my experience. The cover attaches with clips which gives it more security. I did some research before setting it up and learned it should be on a solid hard surface. So, I set it up on my concrete patio. Setting it up took a little bit of time. I followed the instructions provided. It took about 2.5 hours to fill the tub up and a couple of days to heat to full temperature of 104 degrees. The control panel looks really nice and is easy to use. It also has a cup holder installed on it. I really enjoy the spa and all its features, especially the bubbles. It is very relaxing after a long day of work. I would definitely recommend this hot tub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So everything about this hot tub is fantastic except the directions and there should be more information regarding the minimum electrical power supply needed. We found the directions really confusing because it was basically just pictures however once we got on our computers and pulled up more info about the tub we were able to watch a very detailed video on how to set it up and it was then a breeze to complete setup!! The quality of the tub is great! Very solid heavy construction! There’s a lot of technology with this tub… DuraPlus tear resistant material, innovative winterizing technology, Freeze Shield, Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter System, very solid well made pump, chemical dispenser, 190 air jets, reinforced cover…really so many wonderful features! We haven’t added more chemicals yet but it’s very convenient and looks like a breeze to maintain. I would suggest if possible adding some warm water when you first fill the hot tub as it will make heating the first time faster. My husband likes the water to be hot and this tub does a great job maintaining the heat at 102* which he prefers but the tub temperature can reach up to 104*f. The bubbles are very soothing, the tub is comfortable and we are so excited to have this hot tub and be able to use it for years to come! We definately recommend this well made solid SaluSpa Grenada AirJet Hot Tub it’s Fantastic!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SaluSpa Grenada AirJet Inflatable Hot Tub Spa was enjoyable and relaxing. Setup took some time because the instructions was a little complicated; labelling the actuals pieces, like the cover will be helpful. The base was heavy, and the covering was thick. I did not notice a PSI on the inflatable which would be nice to know how much to inflate. The pump was like 2-in-one; it inflates all the pieces, and when attached the tub, it’s used for bubbles and heat; so AMAZING! It took about 2 hours, 40 minutes to fill, and can comfortably hold 5 people max. The bottom base was thick and comfortable to move about. The tub is tall, firm and can withstand the weight. I really enjoyed the spa and its features, especially the bubbles. This is a lovely, relaxing hot tub, and my family and I enjoyed using it.

Since our well water is very cold, it did take over 24 hours to get it heated up but it was worth the wait. The jets are fabulous and feels great on a sore back! The only complaint I have is that the heat does go down a little quicker than I like as I like to stay in the tub longer. The more people in the spa, it goes down quicker. Make sure you order additional filters as they do clog up quickly with well water . Overall, I am very happy with the spa, it was a great deal! Looking forward to using it for the summer. Comfortably fits 3 adults. We set ours up outside and surrounded it with a 10 X 14 screen tent to keep the bugs out.

We are in our sixties and it's great for aches and pains! It comes with a cover that attaches with clips. It fits four adults comfortably, more if you want to sit with your legs bent. It's 92" wide and 28" high. We watched YouTube videos on the set up and it was very quick and easy! Yes, we love it!

The Saluspa was easy to set up using YouTube video instructions because the I steuctions in the box were not as detailed. Set up was quick and we were shocked at the size and quality of the spa. Once it was filled and heated we have been using it and have really enjoyed out time in it. The bubbling action is great and so relaxing.

It's still a nice size hot tub but fitting 8 people is a stretch. 4 adults would fit comfortably and I think the perfect number for this is 4 or 5 , anything after that is a little too tight. However, everything else that I can say about this is very positive! Overall very well made and sturdy/! I was shocked how well the jets work on this. Takes about a day or two to get the water heated up but man does it feel good once it does!! Beware that the box is very very heavy but unboxing is relatively easy and I thought setting it up wasn't too bad either. Very happy I bought this

It set up pretty easily (I did watch a couple of videos to begin with) and once the water warmed uo in a day or so, we were ready to go and it was great. It holds 4 good size adults very comfortably.
