The product came package/shipped well. There was a packing tape on the top bar of the stool, when removed stripped the paint from the stool. Was not happy with that. In addition, we wanted a stool that could fold up easily, this was not it. It has a screw you have to remove every time to fold it up, and you have to remove the “blackboard” to have it fold up too. It was not convenient for our needs. If you want a stool that doesn’t need to be folded up, this is great. But if you need to fold it up and put it away for space, it’s not for you.

Does not fold up if you have the chalkboard on. We could not figure out how to put the bar and latch that goes on the open side. Poor design

I love how easily it can be folded up or taken out for use. The only downside is you have to keep the screw out of the base so that the platform can lift up to be folded every time. So far my 20 month old has not had any problems using it and really enjoys it.

Super cute but not realistic. Cant have the chalk bored on if t you want to fold it up. Have to remove the platform screw if you want fold it so constantly have to remove and put the screw back in. Paint was chipped when we got it. Definitely returning..

For the most part the products is fine however the directions putting it together were absolutely horrible and not that there was that much to put together it just was not clear to me.

In order to be folded, you cannot have the chalk board and the base screwed down. Don't bother with those pieces, just throw them out. The center platform for which you stand, flips up but has nothing to catch or lock to. if you are not carefully, it will fall outside the stand and tear the screws out.

Disappointed in the overall quality. Arrived with several areas of chipped paint, including this big spot on the platform. When I complained to Target that it was damaged, I'm told that my only option is to fit all those small styrofoam pieces back together and cram it back in the box for return. Apparently someone else's carelessness makes this my responsibility?? Also, I bought this learning tower because it was advertised as "foldable," but in reality, it won't fold unless you leave out the platform screw AND do not install the chalkboard panel. All told, not thrilled with this purchase.

Need more protection on both sides, perhaps a mesh to prevent kids from falling out. Also, do not use tape, it peels off the paint when removing it.
