I received this item earlier this week, and after assembling it on Saturday, I must state firmly that it is definitely not a TV stand. In their description, which I regrettably read only after purchasing, they call it a "contemporary buffet sideboard." While it looks appealing, the design is flawed for its purported purpose. The back panels include openings for audio and video wiring. Yet none of the compartments are wide enough to accommodate standard audio and video components—each one measures only 16.5 inches wide. It’s baffling how this can be classified as a TV stand at all. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Really love this sideboard, it’s great quality for the price! Looks nice and provides a ton of storage. The top on mine already had 2 scratches on it so I would love a replacement that didn’t have that, but still a great piece!

Instructions were thorough and detailed. I was able to do everything except the doors on my own. So much room for storage! Took off a star because getting the door alignment just right is difficult, even with lots of adjusting. We’re very satisfied with the product!

It looks as pictured but putting on the doors was a pain. As an fyi to those with the same issue, the hinges are adjustable. At first, I couldn’t figure out why the drill holes for the doors weren’t aligned properly, but eventually figured it out.

We love the look and it works for holding our record collection and the record player/sonos system, but when we put it together we noticed some design flaws. The center doors should have a spacer because it required a lot of adjustment of the cabinet hinges to get to where the doors didn’t scratch each other. Initially, the doors opened and the hinges had so much pressure on the adjacent door that the screws ripped right out of the pressboard creating a big hole and we had to use wood glue and additional materials to piece it back together so the hinges could actually stay in place. So, overall, it looks good on the outside, but it’s a mess on the inside of the cabinet due to poor construction of the hinges. Recommend being very careful during assembly to avoid our issues.
