Q: My daugher bought this and can't figure out how to open it to put water in. We broke off the handle trying to screw the top off and still can't get it off. Is a it twist or pull?

A: The top of the mister should be twisted clockwise from the base to remove.

You get what you pay for. The top is made of barely model airplane quality plastic that is so brittle that you absolutely will completely break it just trying to open it to put water in it. Save your money up and buy a real sprayer.
