She has been using it for about a week now and it seems to be the perfect weight for a little one! She doesn't get too hot and doesn't need any additional blankets to stay warm. A great buy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is obsessed with this blanket. It really is extra soft, it has washed well (only washed once, cold water, air dry), and after the initial “shedding” phase, hasn’t really shed much more at all. We love the pastel rainbow colors too!!

The rainbow color is soft and and it has a matching pillow cover to complete the set. I asked my daughter if she agreed and she wanted to keep it for herself! The faux fur is soft, as well and it makes a great way to settle down with a book or to watch a show on TV.

I would probably use this in warmer weather it's a bit in the heavier side as far keeping you warm . It's the perfect size . covers the bed perfectly. the back side is smooth I would recommend this . It will keep me warm this winter
