The 5/8 diameter black finished metal rod and innovative brackets mount with tension inside your window frame. The telescoping metal rod adjusts from 28 to 48 inches or from 48 to 84 inches in length to fit your window. A 5/8 inch diameter curtain rod is recommended for use with light to medium weight curtains in your kitchen, bedroom, dining room, or living room. Whether you rent or own, the Fast Fit No Tools Decorative Tension Curtain Rod is the best solution for damage free installation while hanging curtains. To install, extend rod with brackets against the window casing and twist to secure in place. This rod doesn't hold its tension. I tried tightening it and found that it had no tension at all. It didn't last 6 months.

I've lived in a few different apartments over the years and one thing that I have found to be a pain is the window treatments. This would have saved me hours of headaches patching and painting, and loads of money! I love how simple these are to install, and the quality is great! Super cute, too. Definitely recommend!

They have what I would call a guard that goes on the inside of the window frame. Then you add the rod with curtain and tighten the rod. No drilling, no screws, no stress trying to figure out if the hardware is even. It literally took me longer to decide what curtains I wanted to put up. I definitely need more of these throughout my house. I'm so super satisfied with the outcome and the look is elegant. Would definitely recommend these to everyone, especially if your renting or just don't want to put holes on the window frames.

although I like the look of the curtain rod, and it is a good quality metal it is a waste of money if you are looking for a tension rod curtain rod as this one does not tighten. we had multiple people try and the rod never tightened in the end we ended up throwing it out and buying a diffrent one.
