Sofa , peace’s H and Q . The backrest and sitting panel . The bolts /holes do not align . I called customer service and the manufacturer sent me new pieces pretty quick However the replacements parts H & Q are exactly the same faulty parts. So we’re unable to use the sofa. So if someone sits in the sofa . Your butt falls through. Now I have to return the whole set which was completely assembled btw.

We can't get over what a nice grouping this for literally a third the price of others we were considering. Chairs and couch are comfortable, rattan seems very well done (time, of course, will tell about durability). The coffee table is great with the glass top and a shelf for books, magazines, etc. My wife wishes the couch was a little longer but this one is fine for 2 adults.

Installation is not difficult, but it requires some labour. It took me about 3 hours to get it installed. I think there are not enough number of washers as required but it’s not a big deal. The quality is pretty good.
