For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

I bought runner fir my kitchen to replace a shorter, darker rug. I LOVE this rug. Everybody loves this rug. It just brightens up a dark space and makes me happy every day. Seems to be good quality and true to its description.

I bought this really unusual rug for my hallway. So colorful... and feels great to walk on! Unfortunately I have to return it, because I can’t measure... and it’s too long. The rug is fine (once it finally arrived). Perhaps company should relook their delivery notification. I was contacted a day or two after purchase, saying that the item had been shipped. This apparently wasn't the case, since it took 3 weeks+ for it to arrive. I tried calling customer service to find out status, but after waiting 45 minutes, hung up. You should tell future customers that they will get their purchase within a month.
