It's very hard to find products without the GMO factor and I certainly do not want them in my daily supplements. The capsule is easy to swallow and there is no after taste. I honestly feel it is already working to keep my mind sharper.

This is the WORST brand of Lecithin I have ever purchased. The capsules are terrible and leak/crack continually. I opened the container and the capsules were all coated with Lecithin that had leaked out. Filling my daily pills container, after carefully wiping off each capsule, results in a mess for over 50% of the daily contents.. I will never purchase this brand again.

I bought Now's Lecithin capsules for their Phosphatidyl Choline content which supports memory. The price is great for the quantity. I have noticed a significant difference in memory assistance. Another good thing is they are Non-GMO. These softgels, like all Lecithin softgels, are big in size (sort of like Fish Oil softgels), but are not a problem to swallow. I take 3 softgels twice a day with food. Great quality and effective.

One of the problems with some Lecithin is melting capsules. These do not melt of degrade. I can get a large supply and they stay in great condition down to the end. Thanks for a good product at a good price.
