Iron Indoor Outdoor Plant Stand Black - Room Essentials™

I wanted to love these. They are pretty to look at and fit the target pots perfectly. But they are so very wobbly. A breeze really would knock these over. I only use them where I can have it surrounded by other things to prevent tipping over.

These are perfect little stands! I have my string of pearls in one.

Item is as described and does not seem to be of low quality. It fits perfectly in my space where I did not want my planter right on the floor.

Unstable, fell over and broke my pot. Bad quality.

Worked for what I was looking for, but they are a bit flimsy. If the plant was too dry, it would sometimes fall over because it was too heavy.

Seems very stable and love the simple design so it doesn't clash with all my clay pots while I transition design styles

I have several of these stands in various sizes to go with the pots. They look nice and are sturdy. Reasonably priced. I have similar stands from other places that are twice the price.

I guess I should have read all the dimension descriptions more carefully, but usually items like this are listed by their diameter so you know what size pot they will fit. Otherwise my impressions of the plant holder are very much like those already posted, lighter weight than anticipated and easily toppled, but can do the basic job desired under the right circumstances.

I have both sizes… the smaller one is just about useless. It tips over very easily. I wound up putting a fake plant in it and sticking it on a high shelf. The bigger one is less liable to fall over, but the plant I have in it takes a lot of water so it’s heavy. I had another plant that prefers to dry out in between waterings and it was tipped over a couple of times. Disappointed in the poor functionality because I have quite a few of the planters and I love the look of the stand.

Way too light to stay standing in even the slightest breeze. My pots fit great, but they tip over constantly on level concrete. I’m really disappointed and wish I could return them all.

Cute but not practical

I think it’s very sturdy construction. I purchased a saucer that fit into the ring and some decorative stones and made a birdbath out of it.

I got it on sale and that pushed me to finally get these. I got both sizes they help raise the plants from the floor. It worked for what I needed. I’ve had them outside and they’ve done just fine.

Love the look but unless it’s a fake plant or you have a plastic pot and lightweight plant, this will tip with easily. It’s so lightweight I returned it before I even tried putting any plants in it. A light bump and I’d have a mess to clean up so it went back!

I wasn't sure if I would like this plant stand, because frankly it looks kind of ugly on the product page. But once I paired it with the Room Essentials 8 inch plastic pot, I was happy with the outcome. Is it basic? Yes. Does it accomplish the goal of getting the plant up off the floor? Yes. And because it is so utilitarian and no-frills, it basically just fades into the background, which is fine with me. Not everything needs to compete for attention. It's better this way to have a plant stand you barely notice, so that your eye can focus on the art or whatever else you have in the background. FYI--The design of the stand also makes it very easy to rotate the pot with very little effort, in case your plant is in front of a sunny window and you want to even out the exposure.

Love the style and versatility. It is easily tipped though so be careful when using with breakable pots.
