My son has a day bed, Can’t have a box spring so needed extra support for the mattress to make it firmer and not have as much weight on the springs to the bed. With him being a stomach sleeper it dipped down and he would wake up with his back hurting, This saved me! Now we don’t need to buy a new bed! Highly recommend
